DOSEO is home to a broad range of activities, from innovation to training and services, all focusing on radiotherapy and medical imaging. The platform’s scientists use their expertise in dose simulation, calculation, optimization, and metrology to develop specific software and instruments. The overriding objective is to personalize radiotherapy treatment and medical imaging protocols by tailoring doses to each individual case. The software developed at DOSEO also measures the dose delivered in real time or after treatment, enhancing safety.
DOSEO also offers training, testing, and product and protocol development services. The platform has advanced technology and equipment, including two medical accelerators, a scanner, and a broad range of measurement resources. A team from France’s national ionizing radiation metrology lab (LNHB) is housed at DOSEO.
