Our
laboratory for modelling transfers in the environment (LMTE) is the reference unit at the CEA's Energy Division for all impact assessments of its activities and for all atmospheric and hydrogeological studies. Our experts have developed a range of tools, including:
- A software platform called PIEZO for processing and compiling piezometer data to ensure groundwater monitoring.
- A flood risk assessment and operational monitoring platform called PERISCOP, used to conduct 3-day assessments of the risk of rising water tables
- A radio data transmission system combining sensors and electronics called CONSTELL'EAU is used to monitor hydrogeological measurements without requiring a network connection.
