The 14th MEMS Engineer Forum
MEF is a unique venue operated by engineers
among the key players in the field, bringing together MEMS researchers,
developers, and engineers from all over the world to look at the current state
of MEMS technology, which is considered as key technologies of the 21st
century, and the future of the technology through the next decade. The MEF has
been held its start in 2009 and regularly 850 participants visit the two-day
event each year..
📍 Don’t miss Philippe Robert, invited speaker on
the overview of recent technological progress in MEMS at CEA-Leti
Presentation Title: "Overview of recent technological advances in MEMS at CEA-Leti".
Dr. Philippe Robert, Business Development Manager, Silicon Components Department
📍 Meet Leti 's expert at booth A-12,
located at the exit of the conference room.
- Come and discuss the institute lastest achievements in terms of MEMS.
Several MEMS chips will be shown (optical scanner, cMUT, pressure sensor) in addition to flyers on CEA-Leti flagship technologies (PMUT, MEMS-based loudspeakers, Chip-in-Flex, Piezo4Haptic, etc…)
