CEA-Leti's Optics and Photonics multidisciplinary teams introduced their latest ready-to-be-transferred solutions for all-wavelength imaging (visible, infrared, THz), information display systems, light-emissive components, optical data communications, optical sensors, and much more.

• This year, CEA-Leti booth exhibited silicon photonics components for new applications such as Lidar, miniature gas sensing, Led systems... Leti will also present a functional demonstration of lens-free imaging for biomedical applications.
  

• Scintil Photonics presented in our booth 857A - this start-up is leveraging Silicon photonics and 3D technologies developed at CEA-Leti over the past 15 years. The objective is to industrialize and commercialize the next generation of high speed optical interconnects.
  

With 20 publications, CEA-Leti presented major scientific results this year at BIOS and OPTO conferences on Feb 1-6, 2020 including following thematics:

• Silicon Photonics platforms and components for sensors and advanced high throughput components;

• emissive materials for microLeds;

• advanced imaging technologies for biomedical applications.
