CEA at INES and Enel Green Power have reached this summer a heterojunction solar cell record efficiency of 25.0% active area (213 cm²) on M2 wafer on CEA’s industrial pilot line.

This world-class result (certified by CalTeC) confirms the technology roadmap developed in partnership between Enel Green Power and CEA - INES.

CEA – INES and Enel Green Power will illustrate their developments during next EU-PVSEC in September 2020.
