The DRF at the CEA assemble approximately 6,000 scientists since January 2016.
The Captot heavy metal sensor, developed by the Iramis-LSI over the last ten years, could be used to detect traces of uranium in water. This would be a simple, rapid field solution to monitor the environment, for example during the cleanup and dismantling of nuclear facilities.
A team from the CEA-IBEB has developed a rapid immunological test of the Ebola virus. Validated at the Laboratoire Jean Mérieux (Inserm), this test will be industrialized by VEDALAB.
DBV Technologies, creator of the Viaskin® patch for allergy treatment, has signed a collaborative agreement with the Centre National de Génotypage of the CEA-IG, to understand the epigenetic mechanisms of this treatment.
A technology transfer was made between the CEA and the private company ANOVA-PLUS, concerning the detection of the toxic Alexandrium minutum by a simple type of strip test. ANOVA-PLUS, is in charge of producing 5,000 strips in preparation for their commercialization.
